On the day of your tour, activity, or transportation, you must bring a valid copy of your ticket. This can be an electronic version displayed on your mobile device or a printed paper copy. Once you make a deposit and your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your ticket(s), a receipt, and a copy of these Terms and Conditions. If you misplace or require a replacement ticket, please contact us via email before the scheduled tour date. Failure to bring a valid ticket may result in denied access to the booked services.

Service Fulfillment: Upon delivery of our consultation and planning services, these services are deemed fully rendered. By accepting this service, you acknowledge that it fulfills the agreed-upon terms, and no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Proof of Service Delivery:

Once our services are rendered, they are considered fully delivered and non-refundable. This includes consultations, itineraries, and confirmed bookings. Upon completing a transaction using a credit or debit card and successfully passing 3D authentication, you acknowledge your intent to proceed and confirm your understanding of the service’s scope. This process acts as verification of your agreement and active participation. The 3D authentication protocol serves as a robust security measure, ensuring the transaction’s legitimacy. By initiating the transaction, you certify that you understand, accept, and agree to the Terms and Conditions without reservation.

You agree that this protocol establishes clear and documented evidence of service delivery, fulfilling our obligations and protecting against disputes. By proceeding with the transaction, you waive any claims for cash refunds, recognizing the completion of services as outlined in this agreement.

Refund and Credit Policy:

No Cash Refunds: Once services are delivered, cash refunds are not available. This policy ensures efficient resource management, allowing us to maintain high service standards. In the event of dissatisfaction, remedies will be provided through in-store credits or adjustments to future services.

In-Store Credit: Should you be dissatisfied with our service, we offer an in-store credit equivalent to the value of the original service. This credit can be applied toward future bookings or services. Credits are valid for a one-year period from the date of issuance and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

Service Refund Policy:

We are committed to delivering outstanding service. If a service does not meet your expectations, you may request a 100% in-store credit. Requests must be submitted in writing, detailing the issue, and will be reviewed within 24 hours of receipt. Approved credits are valid for one year from the issue date, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash. Any claims or concerns raised after this period will not be considered.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours, activities, or transportation due to unsafe weather conditions, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond our control. If a tour is canceled by us, we will make every effort to reschedule. For cancellations initiated by the guest, refunds are not available, nor are credits issued for unused services. Additionally, if external suppliers or third-party vendors cancel any aspect of the service, we will strive to provide alternative arrangements but are not responsible for costs incurred.

Representation of Services:

The images and media used in our marketing materials are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the final product. All descriptions and promotional materials are intended to provide general information and are not binding in detail. Hyperlinks to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. By booking, you acknowledge that variations in representation may exist. By booking, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and release us from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred. This includes accidents, illnesses, or other events beyond our control. Our liability extends only to acts within our reasonable capacity to prevent. Clients are advised to obtain travel insurance to mitigate potential risks.

Local Suppliers:

We collaborate with local suppliers for accommodations, transportation, and activities. Standards and regulations may differ from your home country. While we strive to work with reputable providers, their terms and conditions apply and are incorporated into this agreement. Our liability does not exceed that of the supplier. Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the terms of individual service providers.

Flexibility and Itinerary Changes:

Travel involves flexibility, and itineraries may be subject to change due to factors like weather, strikes, or unexpected events. We will strive to adapt to such changes, but they are considered part of the travel experience and beyond our control. Any modifications to itineraries will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be provided where feasible.

Client Conduct and Responsibilities:

By booking with us, you agree to follow the instructions of our representatives and comply with all local laws. You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions and covering costs related to damages caused by your actions. Safety precautions must be observed, and our decisions are final regarding health and safety matters. Use of Images:

No Refunds for Missed Services:

We do not offer refunds for missed or unused services due to client delays or circumstances beyond our control. Clients are advised to arrive promptly and adhere to schedules to avoid disruptions.

Prices are quoted in USD. Credit card payments may incur additional fees. Identification may be required for payment verification. Fluctuations in currency exchange rates or unexpected surcharges may result in price adjustments.
