Iguazu Falls Brazilian Side Tour

Embark on an unforgettable adventure to explore the stunning Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls, recognized as one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. Take a thrilling boat ride along the Iguaçu River, passing close to the dramatic Devil’s Throat, and enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool waters.

Start your tour on the Brazilian side of Iguazu National Park, part of the largest waterfall system in the world, shared with Argentina, and one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature.

Your journey begins at the park’s Visitor Center, where you can learn more about the area’s natural history and diverse ecosystems. From here, travel along an 11 km road that leads to the heart of the falls. As you move along the trail, you’ll hear the thunderous sound of the waterfalls and experience the vibrant flora and fauna of the surrounding forest. Watch for colorful birds, butterflies, and even playful coatis.

At the Benjamin Constant and Deodoro observation platforms, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the powerful Devil’s Throat, the most massive and intense waterfall in the park. Continue along the path to reach a panoramic elevator that offers a different perspective of the falls. Afterward, take a break at the Porto Canoas food court (meals not included) or visit the park’s souvenir shop.

The next part of your adventure takes you on the Macuco Safari. Board an open-air vehicle that gives you a close-up look at the rainforest, home to orchids, bromeliads, century-old trees, and local wildlife. The journey ends at the Porto Macuco dock, where you’ll board an inflatable boat for a 12 km ride on the Iguaçu River. Glide through the river’s gorges and get up close to the falls, taking in the beauty of the landscape and snapping photos. The boat will bring you right to the base of the falls, where you’ll feel the mist from the mighty Devil’s Throat. Prepare yourself to get soaked! The rocks, animals, blue skies, rainbows, and the powerful water spray combine to create a spectacular natural display. As the boat nears the Tres Mosqueteiros falls, you’ll get a chance for a brief but thrilling splash in the cool waters. The Macuco Safari Boat Tour offers an unforgettable way to experience this natural wonder up close. Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the falls, feeling the power of the water and the energy of the landscape in a truly once-in-a-lifetime adventure!

Remember to bring a change of clothes, towel, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and sunglasses to ensure your experience is as comfortable as it is memorable!
